In Support of Charities:

The Belmores Staff run various events within the office to raise funds to donate to various charities, generally to local associations e.g. Friends in Common, Bushfire Appeal, Yarrawonga Respite House and many more.  Every dollar raised by the staff is matched by the partners of Belmores.

  • The Belmores Community Fund recently made a $2000.00 donation to the Yarrawonga Junior Netball Association.  This money is going towards the current development of the desparately needed new courts for the local community.

  • The 59th Burramine Gift is soon approaching, this is an annual event that Belmores proudly sponsor, with the proceeds supporting the Yarrawonga Mulwala Respite House and Yarrawonga District Health Service.

Belmores Team Movements

Due to the growth and staff movements in the Self Managed Superannuation Funds area we wish to welcome Jennie Cai our newest addition to the Belmores team.  Jennie has a Bachelor of Accounting and is studying for her CPA.  Jennie will be responsible for all compliance work in the Superannuation area.  Nick Dean who has been with the firm in the accounting division for 2 years is joining Jennie in the superannuation area, Sue Entwistle heads the superannuation division.

One of our Admin staff, Emma Wood, recently tied the knot to a local lad Trent Wood, we wish them a bright and happy future together in their new house they had moved into a short time ago.

We say goodbye to Melanie Johanson who has been with the firm for several years, she and her boyfriend Andrew are heading to New Zealand to work and travel indefinately and spend some time with family members, we wish them safe travel and a fruitful trip.

Health and Wellbeing

Showing testament to health awareness, several employees are either dieting, spending their lunch hour at the Gym or going for early morning jogs. Tracy Gillies, a fitness guru, who is also gaining her Personal Training certificate part time, braves the early mornings as early as 5.45am and leads a team of other healthy locals.  With this in mind, a group of not very fit Belmores employees undertook a six week boot camp course last October, they have continued to proceed with their own version of boot camp, currently running several mornings a week.  Apparently the cold weather and the darkness are really testing their commitment at the moment, soldier on people!!
